Hello everyone! I started on Extreme Shake about a week ago I’ve lost 6 lbs.! 🥳I just replaced one meal and ate pretty healthy meals with a veggie small portion of potatoes or rice and a meat small portion too. Breakfast was 2 eggs and toast one day and fruit the other skim milk and healthy cereal stevia to sweeten. Plenty of water throughout the day!
